Mentor / Mentee

From 2026 we are introducing our new mentoring scheme. If you are willing to support an earlier career member with their development, or would like to get some support please tick below. Mentors will be given guidance and support from RINA to undertake the role.

CPD

Members are expected to confirm they have undertaken a reasonable amour of CPD activity in the past year. We do not audit this. However those registered with the Engineering Council (e.g CEng) may have their CPD record audited as a part of that registration.
