You can apply for your Professional Registration with the Engineering Council while applying for RINA Membership, as RINA is a Nominated and Licensed Body of the Engineering Council. Depending on your qualifications and experience, you can apply to become:
A Chartered Engineer (CEng), Incorporated Engineer (IEng) or Engineering Technician (EngTech).
The professional title you're elegible for depends on your experience and the grade of RINA membership you hold. Both applications (RINA Membership & Professional Reigstration) can be completed at the same time, with guidance available from our membership team.
“This [liquid network] is not the wisdom of the crowd, but the wisdom of
someone in the crowd. It’s not that the network itself is
smart; it’s that the individuals get smarter because
they’re connected to the network.”
Steven Johnson, author of books on technology, science and innovation in
‘Where Good Ideas Come From: The Natural History of Innovation’
